Who we are
ZetaUpload (zetaupload.com) is run by ZetaMethod Corp (company registration in progress), Luxembourg. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: zeta233.contact@gmail.com.
What ZetaUpload does
You upload a video once and ZetaUpload posts it to the TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect. We only post when you ask us to, with the caption and settings you choose.
What we collect
- Your sign-in account. Name, email address and profile picture from Google or Apple.
- Connected platform accounts. For TikTok: your open ID, display name and avatar (
user.info.basic), and permission to publish videos you choose (video.publish). Each time you open the post screen we also ask TikTok for your current posting settings (username, nickname, avatar, the privacy levels you can use, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and the longest video you can post); we show them and don't store them. For Meta: the Pages and Instagram professional accounts you select. We store the access tokens these platforms give us, encrypted, and revoke them when you disconnect or delete your account. - Your videos, temporarily. The file you upload, kept only until it is delivered (see “How long we keep it”).
- Post records. File name, size, duration, a fingerprint of the file (it cannot be turned back into the video), caption, the platforms you posted to, their status, links and errors.
- Technical logs. IP address, request times and errors, used for security and fixing problems.
We do not read your TikTok, Instagram or Facebook content beyond what is needed to confirm that your post went live.
Why we use it
- To run the service you asked for: signing you in, uploading and posting your videos, showing your history (performance of a contract).
- To keep the service secure and working: logs, rate limits, abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your videos or data to train AI models.
How long we keep it
- Your video file is deleted as soon as every platform confirms the post is live; 24 hours after a failed or unused upload; and after 7 days at the most in any case.
- Post records and your account stay until you delete them or your account.
- Platform tokens are deleted when you disconnect that platform or delete your account.
- Database backups are kept for 30 days, then overwritten.
Who processes it for us
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): our servers and database, in the EU.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): temporary video storage and backups.
- Google and Apple: sign-in.
- TikTok and Meta: receive the videos and captions you choose to post, under their own privacy policies.
Where data leaves the EU, it is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing zeta233.contact@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. You can disconnect TikTok at any time from your TikTok settings (Settings → Security → Apps and services) as well as by asking us. You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu).
Deleting your data
Email zeta233.contact@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We revoke our access to your connected platforms and delete your account, tokens, videos and post records within 30 days. Posts already published on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook stay there; delete them on those platforms.
Children
ZetaUpload is not for anyone under 16, or under the minimum age of a platform you connect.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you by email if the change matters.
