Terms of Service

1. The service
ZetaUpload (zetaupload.com) is run by ZetaMethod Corp (company registration in progress), Luxembourg. It lets you upload a video once and post it to the TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple and must be at least 16, and old enough to use every platform you connect. Keep access to your account secure; you are responsible for what is posted through it.
3. Your content
Your videos and captions stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and send them only to post them where you tell us to. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including music, and that it follows the rules of each platform, such as TikTok's Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and Meta's Community Standards. Label paid partnerships and AI-generated content where a platform requires it. ZetaUpload is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or Meta.
4. Connected platforms
We post only when you ask, with the caption, privacy and settings you choose. Each platform decides whether and how a post appears, and may limit or reject it. Your use of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook is also governed by their own terms. You can disconnect a platform at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use ZetaUpload to post illegal, infringing, harmful or spam content, to get around a platform's limits, or to access accounts you don't control. Don't attack, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability
We work to keep ZetaUpload running, but it is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or that every post will succeed. We may change or stop features.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or for what platforms do with your posts. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Ending
You can stop using ZetaUpload and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may end your access if you break these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you by email if the change matters.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the laws of your country.
